Op basis van onze ervaringen, hebben we bijv. ontdekt dat de leeftijd van de aanvrager meestal invloed heeft op de zorgvuldigheid van het omgaan met de gehuurde spullen. En op basis daarvan doen we een risico analyse, bijv. als er DJ gear bij de Silent Disco wordt aangevraagd. Wij hebben ook een DJ School en weten uit eigen ervaring dat de meerderheid van de DJ’s misschien leuk kan draaien, maar als malloten met de apparatuur omgaat.
Qua adres, hebben we steeds vaker de ervaring, met PostNL, dat pakketten niet aankomen bij ‘verzamelgebouwen’, vooral rond drukke (feest-)dagen, maar dat ze zelfs gelijk weer retour gaan! Dan overleggen we met de huurders of een alternatief adres gegeven kan worden.
